1775 Industrial Park on Highway 17 in Punta Gorda has 25.425 developed acres and is zoned Light Industrial.

Brookfield Commerce Park on 24050 Tiseo Blvd. and Kings Highway in Port Charlotte. Warehousing, distribution terminals, trucking terminals, van and storage warehousing uses are allowed.

Charlotte Commercial Center is located on Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda.  With direct access to both I-75 and U.S. 41, it is ideally situated for a commercial center.  This 74 acre commercial center is zoned Commercial General/Intensive.

 

Charlotte County Airport, located just east of I-75 between exits 161 (old 28) & 164 (old 29) is situated on 1,810 acres; 680 acres of that make up an industrial park.  The industrial park is owned and operated by the Charlotte County Airport Authority and zoned Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park.

 

Charlotte County Park of Commerce is 150 acres and located between Exits 161 and 164 on the interstate, just north of the Charlotte County Airport.  The Park of Commerce is zoned Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park and contains deed restrictions to protect your investment.

 

Harbor Executive Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Hancock Avenue and Electric Way in Charlotte Harbor, on 3.37 acres.  Zoning is Industrial Light.

 

Harbor Industrial Condominium on Harborview Road in Charlotte Harbor contains 51,750 square feet.

 

Indian Springs Center on Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda has 12,859 square feet and is zoned Commercial.

 

King Center One Industrial Park on Taylor Road near Highway 41 in Punta Gorda also has easy access to I-75.  It is on 59 acres and is zoned Industrial Light/General.

 

Lemon Bay Groves Industrial Park is on 263 acres.  It is located at the intersection of State Road 771 and Redwood Road in Placida.  Industrial Light uses are allowed.

 

McCall's Industrial Park on Marathon Boulevard and Highway 771 in Englewood is on 118 acres and is zoned Light Industrial.

 

Port Charlotte Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Market Circle and Enterprise Drive in the Murdock area of Port Charlotte.  It has 81 developed lots and is zoned Light Industrial/Commercial.

 

San Casa Industrial Park is zoned Light Industrial and has 25 developed acres.  It is located in Englewood at the intersection of San Casa Drive & McCall Road.

Shulman's Commercial & Industrial Park in Englewood is located at Worth Avenue and Avenue of the America's.  There are a total of 104 developed lots.  55 lots are zoned Commercial – vacant and 19 lots are zoned Industrial – vacant.

Sunstate Commerce Park in Punta Gorda is located on Taylor Road, near US 41. It is zoned light industrial and offers a total area of 75,000 square feet.

Whidden Industrial Park on Harborview Road in Port Charlotte has easy access to both U.S. 41 and I-75.  It has 58 acres and is zoned Industrial Light.

 

Woodfield Industrial Park at the intersection of Woodfield Road and Spurgeon Street in Rotonda is on 4.99 acres.  Zoning is Industrial General.
