The Punta Gorda MSA Ranked #89
 

Punta Gorda was once again included in Forbes' list of Best Small Places for Business and Careers. Using data from West Chester, PA-based economic research firm Economy.com which is owned by Moody's, and data from Portland, OR researcher Bertrand Sperling, Forbes placed the Punta Gorda MSA at #23 for job growth, #107 for both cost of doing business and educational attainment, to an overall rank of 89. The top 100 Small Places are as below:
